Ownership of Physical Products

Upon full payment, customers become the owner of the physical item purchased.

Portfolio and Promotional Use

Arcane Expressions reserves the right to photograph, record, display, publish, and promote completed works, including commissioned pieces, for:

• Publications

• Business promotion

Customers acknowledge and agree that completed works may be photographed and displayed by Arcane Expressions.

Personal customer information will not be disclosed without consent.

Customer Photographs

Customers are welcome and encouraged to share photographs of themselves wearing or displaying Arcane Expressions creations for personal, non-commercial purposes.

By voluntarily tagging, submitting, or sharing such photographs with Arcane Expressions, customers grant permission for Arcane Expressions to repost or share those images for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission, customers may not:

• Reproduce Arcane Expressions designs

• Create copies or replicas for sale

• Manufacture products based on Arcane Expressions designs

• Use Arcane Expressions photographs for commercial purposes
